Cancellation Policy
Pay-As-You-Go Class Booking Policy To ensure fairness and consistent scheduling for all athletes, the following policies apply to all Pay-As-You-Go classes: 1. Payment at Booking Payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot in class. Unpaid bookings will not be held. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
