Cancellation Policy
Clinic Policy Payment: Clinic bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Failure to pay at the time of booking will result in cancellation of the spot. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your clinic booking, please do so at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the clinic will be non-refundable.
